The Rapid System Read is a structured process, not a loose conversation.  

We work like a world-class engineering team — twice-weekly standups with you, a visible project board, clear milestones and deliverables, acceptance criteria agreed and definition of ‘done’ confirmed.

You'll know where we are and what we're finding. 

Every stage has a clear purpose, and the outputs of each phase feed directly into the next.

What it looks like in action

→ Kick-off

A focused conversation with the leadership sponsor to understand the business context, stated challenges, and what good looks like for this engagement. We align on scope, timeline, and the access we need to move quickly. 

→ Diagnostic 

We work through our 10-pillar assessment framework with key leaders, using direct questions and evidence review to build an accurate picture of how the organisation operates. 

→ Feedback

A short, confidential survey sent to all employees covering engagement, performance, leadership, development, and wellbeing, and 1-2-1 or small-group sessions with individual contributors.

Audit 

We synthesise everything gathered into a structured assessment, rating each pillar on both the completeness of what exists - and how effectively it is actually working.

 → Hypothesis

We bring it all together into a clear, founder-ready summary. What the data tells us. Where the system is supporting performance — and where it isn't. A prioritised roadmap of what needs to be built.

A Rapid System Read sprint can be completed in as little as two weeks. Timeline depends on client availability and team size, we'll confirm the schedule at kick-off. For larger organisations, we work in focused cohorts to protect pace without compromising quality.
