Business Development Manager
(3 days/week)
Build the commercial engine behind Culture Craft.
what you’ll do:

Build target account lists aligned to ICP and growth triggers

Run consistent outbound (LinkedIn, email, events)

Qualify leads and hold early-stage conversations

Book and brief high-quality discovery meetings

Own HubSpot pipeline and weekly reporting
skills we’re currently looking for:

2–5 years in B2B BD / SDR / lead gen

Experience engaging founders or senior leaders

Strong written + verbal communications

Comfortable with ambiguity and self-direction
