Culture Craft partners with a carefully selected team of independent associates. Engagements are typically project-based or fractional to support client-need and require contractor invoicing. 

Business Development Manager

(3 days/week) 

Build the commercial engine behind Culture Craft. 

what you’ll do: 

  • Build target account lists aligned to ICP and growth triggers

  • Run consistent outbound (LinkedIn, email, events)

  • Qualify leads and hold early-stage conversations

  • Book and brief high-quality discovery meetings

  • Own HubSpot pipeline and weekly reporting

skills we’re currently looking for:  

  • 2–5 years in B2B BD / SDR / lead gen

  • Experience engaging founders or senior leaders

  • Strong written + verbal communications

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and self-direction

Associate Pool

What you’ll do: 

  • Join delivery on defined projects 

  • Bring specialist capability into founder-facing workstreams 

  • Create practical outputs leaders can run with (not decks that die in a folder) 

  • Collaborate with Culture Craft leads to keep work tight, clear, and moving  

Great backgrounds include: 

  • People ops / HR leaders who’ve scaled teams 

  • Start-up growth operators (marketing / business development / delivery) with strong systems thinking

  • HR specialists with specific domain expertise (ER, performance, hiring, HRIS/ATS, change)
