ClimbUK 2026 Competition Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 15 June, 2026
1. The Promoter

This competition is promoted and administered by Culture Craft, a business operating in the United Kingdom (the “Promoter”). The Promoter’s contact email address is info@culturecraft.team.

2. The Competition

The competition is the ClimbUK 2026 Ticket Giveaway (the “Competition”), a free prize draw in which the winner is selected at random from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.

3. Competition Period

The Competition opens at 09:00 UK time on 16 June 2026 and closes at 23:59 UK time on 25 June 2026 (the “Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will be void and will not be considered.

4. Eligibility

The Competition is open to individuals who, at the time of entry:

  • are aged 18 or over

  • are resident in the United Kingdom

  • are able to attend ClimbUK on 1–2 July 2026 in Leeds in person

The following persons are not eligible to enter:

  • employees, directors, officers, or contractors of the Promoter

  • anyone who has been directly involved in organising, designing, or administering this Competition

  • immediate family members (spouse, civil partner, parent, sibling, or child) of any of the above

By entering, entrants confirm they meet the eligibility criteria. The Promoter may require proof of eligibility at any stage.

5. How to Enter

To submit a valid entry, entrants must complete all of the following steps before the Closing Date:

  • Follow the Culture Craft page on LinkedIn

  • Follow the Employment Hero UK page on LinkedIn

  • Complete the entry form details

  • Confirm acceptance of these Terms and Conditions at the point of entry

Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries submitted on behalf of another person, or multiple entries from the same individual, will be disqualified. No purchase is necessary to enter and purchase of any product or service does not improve the chances of winning.

6. The Prize

Two (2) general admission tickets to ClimbUK 2026, taking place on 1–2 July 2026 in Leeds (the “Prize”).

The Prize is subject to the following conditions:

  • the Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, sold, or gifted to a third party

  • no cash or other alternative will be offered in place of the Prize

  • the Prize does not include travel to or from the event, accommodation, meals, or any other costs associated with attendance — these remain the sole responsibility of the winner

  • the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary

7. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received before the Closing Date. The draw will take place on or around 26 June 2026. The random selection will be conducted using a verifiably random method and a record of the draw will be retained by the Promoter.

The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.

8. Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize

The winner will be notified by email to the address provided on entry within 48 hours of the draw. The winner must respond to confirm acceptance of the Prize within 48 hours of notification.

If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and select an alternative winner by the same random method.

The winner’s first name and company name may be announced publicly on Culture Craft’s LinkedIn page and other Culture Craft owned channels. By entering, entrants consent to this announcement being made. No other personal information will be published without further consent.

9. Data Protection and Use of Personal Data

Culture Craft is the data controller for all personal data collected through this Competition.

Personal data submitted on entry will be used to:

  • administer the Competition, including verifying eligibility and contacting the winner

  • announce the winner’s first name and company name as described in clause 8 above

Entrants who separately and voluntarily opt in to marketing communications on the entry form consent to Culture Craft contacting them by email with business updates, insights, and event information. This consent is entirely optional and is not a condition of entering the Competition. It may be withdrawn at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting info@culturecraft.team.

Culture Craft will not sell or transfer entrants’ personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data collected solely for the purposes of administering the Competition will be retained for no longer than 12 months following the Closing Date, after which it will be securely deleted, save where entrants have separately consented to ongoing marketing communications.

For full details of how Culture Craft handles personal data, please refer to the Culture Craft Privacy Policy at www.culturecraft.team/privacy-policy.

10. General Conditions
  • The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, or that is fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise invalid.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Competition at any time where circumstances outside its reasonable control require it to do so. Where possible, reasonable notice will be given.

  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or not received for any technical or other reason.

  • The Promoter accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience of any kind arising from participation in this Competition or from acceptance, use, or non-use of the Prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

  • This Competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn or with ClimbUK / Climb Events. By entering, entrants release LinkedIn from any and all liability arising in connection with this Competition.

  • Employment Hero UK is a distribution partner for this Competition and is not a co-promoter. Employment Hero bears no responsibility for the administration of the Competition or the fulfilment of the Prize.

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising in connection with the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
