Commercial understanding
People and culture decisions need to make sense in the context of the business: its priorities, constraints, operating model and stage of growth.
Our People
Culture Craft engagements are led by senior Delivery Leads with deep, relevant experience in your context and stage.
People who have built people operating systems inside scaling businesses and know what good looks like under pressure.
The work is led by experienced operators who understand that people and culture decisions do not happen in isolation. They affect commercial priorities, leadership, delivery and the way a business runs.
We match the experience and capability required to the work itself. That means senior strategic judgement where the situation demands it and skilled delivery resource where the work requires focused implementation.
Lou built Culture Craft to bring greater discipline, pace and practical delivery to people and culture work. Her experience includes leading People and Culture through scaling, funding rounds and exit due diligence, including the hypergrowth years at Airbnb and senior roles at eBay.
She saw how often important work became open-ended, advisory, slow or expensive, and how rarely that translated into lasting change. Culture Craft was built to close the gap between identifying what needs to change and getting it done.
People and culture decisions need to make sense in the context of the business: its priorities, constraints, operating model and stage of growth.
The work can involve difficult conversations, leadership dynamics, organisational change and issues that need careful judgement. Relevant experience matters because the answer is rarely found in a template alone.
We value people who can move between understanding the problem, working with stakeholders, making sound decisions and getting the work implemented.
Good people work needs both commercial rigour and an understanding of what people need to do their best work. Neither should come at the expense of the other.

Every engagement is resourced to fit the work, not to protect a margin. Senior strategic capability is used where the situation demands judgement; skilled delivery resource is used where the work requires execution. Clients should not be paying strategic rates for execution work, or receiving execution-only resource for a situation that needs senior judgement.
Clients know who is working on their engagement before the work begins. Resource is not subcontracted quietly and no one is deployed without the client’s knowledge.
If Culture Craft cannot resource an engagement to the required standard, we will say so before the work starts.

When we set out, the brief was simple: help me shift our sales team from transactional to strategic. But what Lou delivered went far beyond that. The result was a reset at the top, a clear path forward, and real momentum toward our exit goals. She didn’t feel like a consultant. She felt like a trusted partner, delivering high-stakes outcomes with precision and pace.”
Culture Craft is always interested in senior delivery partners who are commercially grounded, delivery-first and experienced in building people systems inside scaling businesses. If that sounds like you, we’d like to hear from you.
